Medical Coding QA Auditor

Cyptrix Innovations Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing RCM company delivering high-quality medical coding and auditing services to U.S. healthcare clients. We are expanding our QA team and looking for highly skilled multi-specialty QA Auditors who can ensure 95%+ accuracy across all chart types.Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced QA Auditors with proven expertise in multiple specialties, including both Facility and Professional Fee coding. Candidates must have strong auditing knowledge, compliance awareness, and the ability to guide coding teams toward excellence.Specialties You'll AuditCritical Access HospitalEmergency Department (Facility & Pro Fee)Inpatient / Swing Bed (Facility & Pro, including ICD-10-PCS)Outpatient (OP)Same Day Surgery (SDS)ObservationResponsibilitiesPerform QA audits on charts across multiple specialties.Review coding accuracy (CPT, ICD-10-CM, *ICD-10-PCS, Modifiers).Identify trends, errors, and provide feedback to coders.Maintain client-specific compliance and accuracy standards (≥95%).Prepare audit reports and coordinate with internal QA leads.Stay current with CMS, AHA, and AAPC guideline updates.Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum 3+ years in medical coding QA (multi-specialty)Certifications: Any of the following (Active status preferred):CPC / COC / CIC / CCS / CEMCKnowledge of: ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-PCSAccuracy: 95%+ requiredPreferred: Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, 3M, nThrive, etc.)Work ModeLocation: Hyderabad (Onsite / Hybrid)Shift: Day shiftAvailability: Immediate Joiners PreferredWhy Join UsWork with a fast-scaling RCM company with U.S. client exposure.Competitive pay based on performance and specialty coverage.Growth-oriented, accuracy-driven team culture.Job Type: Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹25, ₹42,920.22 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person
