About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our software development efforts. This role involves leveraging deep technical expertise and broad knowledge across the development lifecycle to shape our technical strategy, ensure solutions are robust and scalable, and drive alignment between engineering and business objectives.Responsibilities:Develop and enforce high-quality code standards across the teamMentor junior engineers, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvementDelegate tasks, track progress, and foster collaboration among team membersFacilitate open communication through regular team meetingsLead process enhancements to improve efficiency and resolve operational challengesServe as the primary point of contact for daily activities and collaborate with other functionsProvide architectural leadership in designing and validating technical solutions that meet current and future needsEvolve system architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practicesCollaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to coordinate dependencies, share knowledge, and drive integrated solutionsMaintain comprehensive oversight of all technical aspects within their remitEngage with product management early in the development process to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business valueQualifications:Demonstrated excellence in software architecture and technical leadership (10-12 Years)Broad experience across multiple domains (e.g., front-end, back-end, DevOps, SRE, QA)Experience with cloud platforms and microservice architecturesProficiency with relational and non-relational databasesExperience in agile methodologiesProven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and drive collaborative outcomesStrong business acumen and ability to align technical strategy with organizational objectivesExceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse audiencesBenefits:Equal Opportunity EmployerFostering a culture of respect and inclusivity
