Job Title: Tech Process AnalystWe are seeking a skilled Tech Process Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), system implementation processes, and IT governance frameworks. They will be responsible for:Mapping and reviewing the current SDLC, including requirements, design, build, QA/testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.Identifying bottlenecks, failure points, delays, and recurring defects affecting system delivery.Evaluating alignment between business requirements, risk/compliance needs, and technical execution.To excel in this role, you will need:A degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.2–5 years' experience in banking, technology delivery, or a similar regulated environment.Experience working with software development teams (Agile/Scrum, DevOps, or hybrid environments).A strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExposure to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM, or platform configuration concepts).Experience in release management, QA/test coordination, or application support.Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements influencing system design and delivery (e.g., data privacy, risk controls, audit requirements).This role requires a high level of comfort working in fast-paced and highly regulated tech environments. You will need to be able to translate between technical, operational, and business language, and have strong relationship-building and communication skills.
