Job Description- Designation- Account Executive - Experience- 2 to 3 years - Location- Gandhinagar. (Visit to Ahmedabad & Lambha as per requirement) - Qualification- Bachelor of Commerce/ Master of commerceRoles & Responsibilities:- Accurately reconcile all bills to ensure they match company records and vendor statements. - Ensure Zoho/Microsoft ERP Account book is accurately updated and maintained for all financial transactions. - Track and record all office expenses accurately and in a timely manner. - Track and record all other expenses accurately and in a timely manner - Generate accurate and timely financial reports for management review. - Continuously improve and automate accounting processes to enhance efficiency. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and mitigate risks associated with accounting activities. - Maintain effective communication and coordination within the finance team and with other departments. - Compile & Prepare attendance report of Lambha location for all category employees & send it to HR on monthly basis - Preparation and review MIS and reporting to Management. - Export/Import Documents preparation and follow up as and when required. - Handling Export Import Work Independently, finalising freight forwarders, Co ordinating with CHA, preparation and submission of documents etc. - Experience in plant accounting Entries. - Advance Knowledge of TDS and GST - Independently can handle preparing data for GST and TDS returns - Well versed with updates of GST, TDS and Income Tax Laws. - Managing Accounts receivables and Payables
