Job Title: Structural Design SpecialistWe seek a skilled Structural Design Specialist to lead our team in Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings (PEB) projects.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and detailing, with expertise in pre-engineered buildings.This role offers the opportunity to develop innovative design solutions, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.Responsibilities include designing and detailing pre-engineered buildings using advanced software like STAAD and MBS, preparing technical documentation, conducting rigorous structural analysis, and providing technical support to fabrication and construction teams.Key qualifications include a B.E / B-Tech in Civil Engineering or M-Tech in Structural Engineering, 4-8 years of experience in the estimation and design of pre-engineered steel buildings/Structural - Steel buildings, proficiency in design software particularly STAAD, MBS, AutoCAD/ZW CAD, and high proficiency in MS office suit required.Candidates must have a strong understanding of structural analysis (2D & 3D), design principles, and codal expertise in Indian and American Codes especially IS 800-2007. Problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork skills are also essential for this role.
