b DescriptionJob DescriptionRequired skill and experience:3–5+ years of experience implementing or supporting collaboration and productivity platforms (e.g., Adobe, Lucid Suite, Text Expander, Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, Zoom).Strong understanding of collaboration workflows, digital workplace concepts, and enterprise communication practices.Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and translating them into technical or configuration specifications.Hands-on experience with platform administration, configuration, and governance setup.Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (AD, Okta SSO, SailPoint IIQ, security groups, permissions models).Ability to troubleshoot complex end-to-end collaboration issues across applications, integrations, and devices.Excellent communication skills and experience delivering user training or adoption support.Knowledge of API integrations, scripting, or low-code/no-code platforms is required.Experience in hybrid work transformation or digital workplace strategy consulting.Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and IT governance practices.Experience with automation and workflow tools (AppSheet, Slack Workflows etc.).Certifications in areas such as Google Workspace, Adobe or similar platforms is a plus.Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and learning opportunities.Strong project management or task coordination capabilities.
