In this role, you will be responsible for scouting new music talent, tracks, and emerging artists, while also playing a critical role in shaping the music catalog, driving audience engagement, and ensuring the growth of our artists and Labels.Key Responsibilities-Music Scouting & Discovery- Actively scout new and emerging music talent across various genres.- Maintain and grow a network of artists and labels. Monitor industry trends to identify potential hits.- Collaborate with marketing, and creative teams to select the best tracks for upcoming releases.Track Servicing & Distribution- Work closely with artists and labels to strategize and plan effective release campaigns.- Organize and maintain the music catalog, ensuring that all files, promotional assets, and information are up-to date and easily accessible.- Monitor and manage the performance of serviced tracks, ensuring they receive optimal exposure across digital and traditional media platforms.- Collaborate with the operations team for seamless release execution and handle follow-ups as needed.- Partner with marketing team to assess track performance and suggest data-driven adjustments to strategies.
