This role involves working closely with our Marketing team to create high-quality web pages that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.Responsibilities:Collaborate with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal user experience.Measure conversion, traffic, bounce and more, providing data-driven insights to improve web properties.Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.Work closely with content, design and product teams to ensure consistency across web spaces.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field, applying this knowledge to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.Qualifications:3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with the ability to translate designs into functional web pages.Understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, backlinking, and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.An excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development, with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
