Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect – DataThis role involves leading the design and delivery of end-to-end data platform architectures, leveraging best-practice patterns on leading cloud platforms.We are seeking an expert in data lake/Lakehouse architectures and modern ELT patterns to join our team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms & services including AWS and Azure.Key Responsibilities:Design scalable solutions on cloud platforms using industry-standard patterns.Create data models and integrate pharma datasets (EDC, CTMS, IRT, CRM, 3PL, claims, hub, dispense, etc.).Produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.Lead technical delivery across multiple engagements.Conduct design reviews, guide development teams and ensure solution quality.Ensure adherence to Data governance, Security & Compliance.Oversee operational support activities, driving automation where possible and resolving data management and analytics-related issues.Contribute reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices for the practice.Bring practical knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI to enhance solution offerings.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or delivery leadership roles.At least 5 years of experience working in the Biotech/Pharma Industry supporting Clinical/Commercial business units to meet their Data and Reporting needs.Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms & services.BenefitsExcellent communication and client-facing leadership.Proven experience leading multi-phase or multi-team delivery.
