Job Title: Senior Finance Compliance OfficerWe are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our fund operations in compliance and finance functions.This is a challenging role involving regulatory compliance, risk management, and full-spectrum finance & accounts management.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, with 3 years of experience in compliance and risk management in a listed company or an entity regulated by a financial sector regulator.They should be proficient in accounting systems, MS Excel, and have prior knowledge of IFSCA, SEBI (AIF/FME) regulations, SEZ compliances, and Indian tax laws.Key Responsibilities:Act as designated Compliance Officer in line with IFSCA guidelines.Establish and implement Fund's Compliance and Risk Management Framework, including policies for good governance, AML, cyber security, data protection etc.Ensure timely regulatory filings, investor KYC/AML checks, and ongoing compliance monitoring with IFSCA, SEZ, FEMA, Income tax and other applicable laws.Maintain statutory registers, minutes and licenses as per the regulatory requirements.Prepare and submit quarterly/annual compliance reports to the IFSCA and Trustees and act as primary compliance liaison.Oversee day-to-day accounting, fund accounting, and facilitate in corporate tax filings (GST, TDS etc), budgeting, treasury and investor reporting.Preparation of financial statements and coordinate statutory/tax audits.Liaise with regulators, auditors, custodians, and tax advisors.
