Job Title:Oracle Fusion Technical LeadOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams and delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects.Responsibilities:Develop business intelligence reports using BI Publisher & OTBI.Gather requirements, estimate efforts, and document technical specifications.Ensure timely delivery and manage customer expectations.Analyze, design, test, implement, and provide post-go-live support for Oracle Cloud projects.Execute proof of concepts and guide development teams.Design and develop integrations in OIC (Gen2/Gen3) using REST/SOAP APIs.Manage high-volume real-time integrations between Oracle Fusion and downstream applications.Use Fusion APIs, FBDI, HDL, BICC, BI Publisher, and OTBI for data extracts.Customize business intelligence reports, bursting, and output documents.Build PL/SQL packages, functions, and customize standard Fusion reports.Work with ATP/ Autonomous DB/DBaaS.Build custom ESS jobs and support complex customizations.Requirements:8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud.Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher expertise.Hands-on OIC integration experience (Gen2/Gen3).Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud/HCM Cloud technical experience.Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations in ERP/HCM.Proven technical lead experience: planning, estimation, guiding teams.Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools, ESS jobs, and Fusion APIs.Excellent communication and ability to multitask.Strong troubleshooting and solution design capability.
