We are currently developing a complete PMS + CMS SaaS platform with AI-powered dynamic pricing , real-time analytics, and scalable backend infrastructure designed for hotels, travel operators, and global accommodation partners. About the Role – Backend Software Developer We are hiring an experienced Backend Developer (2+ years) to architect, build, and optimize high-performance backend services. You will work across PMS, CMS, booking systems, payment flows, AI integrations, and microservices that require clean, scalable, and secure backend engineering. This is a high-ownership role where your work directly impacts the product. Responsibilities Core Backend Engineering Architect, design, and develop backend services for PMS/CMS modules Build REST APIs / GraphQL APIs for bookings, pricing, inventory, analytics Implement scalable microservices and backend workflows Design and optimize relational & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and authentication flows (JWT/OAuth) System Integrations Integrate AI models for price prediction & demand forecasting Work with queues, caching, and background jobs (Redis, RabbitMQ, Celery) Implement cron jobs, schedulers, and automation services Build third-party integrations (payment gateways, OTA APIs, channel management APIs) Performance, Reliability & Security Ensure backend systems are fast, reliable, and secure Write unit/integration tests and maintain documentation Optimize APIs for latency, throughput, concurrency Debug production issues & analyze logs to maintain uptime Collaboration Work closely with frontend, DevOps, AI, and product teams Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions Mentor interns and support junior engineers when required What You’ll Bring Required Skills 2+ years of backend development experience Strong command of Node.js / Express.js / NestJS OR Python (Django/FastAPI) Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB) Experience building production-grade APIs Knowledge of clean architecture, modular code design, and scalability principles Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging tools Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design basics Bonus / Nice to Have Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes Knowledge of cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) Experience with caching layers (Redis), queues (RabbitMQ/SQS) Understanding of AI pipelines or ML model integration Experience with building PMS, booking systems, SaaS dashboards, or travel-tech products Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Sentry) What We Offer Work on core backend infrastructure powering next-gen AI-driven PMS/CMS A fast-paced, product-first, deep-tech environment Freedom to propose ideas and build scalable systems from scratch Collaboration with AI engineers, frontend teams, and senior architects Competitive compensation + performance-based growth Remote-first work culture Opportunity to lead modules and shape backend architecture Potential ESOPs for exceptional contributions How to Apply Send your resume + GitHub/LinkedIn + project links Or simply DM us on LinkedIn.
