Role & Responsibilities

  • Support U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance (Forms 5471, 926, 851).
  • Summarize SBC reports and compute state sales tax accruals.
  • Maintain trackers for tax payments, refunds, and tax rates.
  • Assist in reconciliation analysis across NetSuite and Looker.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual compliance tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( CPA preferred).
  • 1–2 years of U.S. income tax compliance/reporting.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, OneSource, Google Suite.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, global environment.
