Location: Khar (West), MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Title: Ecommerce ExecutiveRole OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and scale our presence across leading online marketplaces for our brand Sarha and private labels too. The role requires hands-on execution, cross-team coordination, and data-driven decision-making to maximize sales and brand visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace ManagementManage daily operations on Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa Fashion.Oversee order processing, returns, and ensure smooth fulfilment.Upload and maintain product listings, content, and imagery.Ensure catalog accuracy, price consistency, and platform compliance.Reporting & AnalyticsShare daily detailed order and inventory reports.Extract and analyze sales, returns, and campaign performance data.Provide insights and recommendations for increasing sales and reducing costs.Inventory & CoordinationManage inventory placement and stock availability across platforms.Coordinate with brands, creative teams, and agencies for content updates.Liaise with platform account managers for promotions, visibility, and quality checks.Campaigns & MarketingPlan and execute platform campaigns on Myntra, Amazon, and Nykaa Fashion.Monitor performance and optimize campaigns in real-time.Share marketing analysis and competitor insights.Process & GrowthIdentify new opportunities for product launches and platform expansion.Streamline SOPs for order processing, reporting, and inventory flow.Work closely with finance for reconciliations and settlements.RequirementsGraduate/Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).2–4 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce operations (marketplace side or brand side).Strong knowledge of Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa Fashion dashboards.Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, data analytics, and reporting.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.How to Apply?You can apply here on LinkedIn or email us at yogesh@yashaammfashions.com with your resume.
