You'll collaborate directly with our founders on product and design decisions, and partner with both large enterprises and cutting-edge startups.This is a high-impact role with massive scope for growth – you'll be defining how AI transforms financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver production-grade AI agents.Work directly with founders on product and strategy.Collaborate with enterprise and startup partners to deliver impact.Drive execution in a high-ownership, high-leverage role.Requirements2–4 years of experience as a frontend or fullstack engineer (CS degree or equivalent background).Strong frontend development skills with React (or Next.js) and TypeScript.Excellent visual and interaction design skills – able to take ideas from concept to polished UI.Deep understanding of HTML, CSS (or TailwindCSS), responsive design, and accessibility.Experience integrating with APIs and collaborating closely with backend engineers.A 0 → 1 builder mindset – comfortable owning both design and implementation from scratch.What We OfferCompetitive salary benchmarked to top tech companies.Paid time off + local holidays.Home-office stipend + connectivity reimbursement.Global team integration: annual global off-site.
