You will also lead cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and resolve current ones.Ensure Compliance: Assure that all corporate policies and procedures are followed, and regulatory requirements are met.Quality Management System: Deploy, manage, and continuously improve the quality management system to ensure it remains effective and efficient.Regulatory Readiness Program: Plan, roll out, and ensure the effective execution of the regulatory readiness program.Inspection Readiness Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of inspection readiness by coordinating internal and external compliance audits and assessments.Consultation and Awareness: Provide consultation to operations and business enabling functions personnel on requirements and compliance issues, and impart awareness sessions on applicable regulations.Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and resolve current ones.
