Senior Integration ArchitectThis is a highly technical role where you will serve as the technical owner for all revenue-facing integrations across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, resilient integration patterns while ensuring governance, observability, and operational reliability at enterprise scale.Architect scalable integration frameworks using tools such as Workato or MuleSoft, implementing patterns that include retry logic, idempotency, backpressure, and queue-based processing.Establish and govern integration standards, including naming conventions, version control practices, and deployment protocols.Design and optimize high-volume flows supporting CTI-to-CRM routing, lead ingestion, recruiter activity synchronization, and related revenue workflows.Define, enhance, and maintain Salesforce revenue lifecycle processes, including lead routing, call dispositions, and end-to-end Sales/Recruiting workflows.Partner with Admin/IT teams to manage schema changes, automation governance, and system updates impacting revenue operations.Oversee the integrity and performance of the Salesforce MCAE Advanced bidirectional sync, including rule logic and sync health management.Troubleshoot MCAE connector performance, campaign influence tracking, scoring models, and CRM alignment in collaboration with Marketing Operations.Architect CTI routing logic within Salesforce flows and support escalation, queue management, and omnichannel routing within Agentforce.Lead root-cause analyses for high-impact incidents, publishing detailed remediation plans and prevention strategies.The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions, knowledge of DevOps practices, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Node.js, would be an asset.
