Japanese Language Training Specialist

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Training Coordinator.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex information, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of clients and employees.Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training sessions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze client-provided training needs and determine session requirements.Contact internal trainers and external vendors for planning coordination.Manage session requests, modifications, completions, and cancellations.Organize and ensure proper execution of training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.Share instructor information with site security as needed.Communicate opening dates of training sessions to employees.Calibrate and coordinate with Offsite teams for training updates.Support attendance tracking and invoice completion if required.Follow workflow and processes using CRM tools.Coordinate with training organizations.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:N2 level Japanese language proficiency.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM tools.Benefits:This is an exceptional opportunity to grow professionally while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
