Experience: 5-8 years Location: Bangalore We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), specifically Medidata Rave. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the implementation and optimization of CTMS Rave solutions. Job Summary: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements - Analyze and map clinical trial workflows to CTMS Rave functionalities - Support configuration and customization of CTMS Rave modules - Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements - Facilitate UAT and training sessions for end users - Create functional specifications and user stories - Liaise with technical team Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements - Analyze and map clinical trial workflows to CTMS Rave functionalities - Support configuration and customization of CTMS Rave modules - Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements - Facilitate UAT and training sessions for end users - Create functional specifications and user stories - Liaise with technical teams for integration and data migration tasks Required Skills: - Strong understanding of Medidata Rave and CTMS platforms - Experience in clinical trial operations and regulatory compliance - Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
