About NJ Asset Management:
NJ asset management is a 100% subsidiary of NJ India Invest. It’s the asset management arm of the group having mutual funds business and PMS business.
It is headed by Mr. Vineet Nayyar (Deputy CEO) who has 20 years of experience in mutual funds business. Its vision is to provide relevant products to Indian investors covering equity mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income funds and international equities and become knowledge partners with distributors and partners.

Job Profile:
PMS Onboarding Applications to be processed within TAT including NRI and Non individuals
Coordination for Trading-Demat account opening & verification step before processing of PMS account opening
PMS Top Up Applications verification & maker entry in PMS system within TAT (Physical + Email)
PMS Switch Applications verification & maker entry in PMS system within TAT (Physical + Email)
PMS Partial Closure (Redemption) Applications verification & maker entry in PMS system within TAT (Physical + Email)
PMS Full Closure / Transfer / Transmission to be processed within TAT (Physical + Email)
CKYC Processing of proposed clients & fetching KYC of processed PMS Applications
Mandate & SIP Registration / Cancellation within TAT
Performing reconciliation of funds with the applications received from various modes
Modification Requests to be processed within TAT (Physical)
Timely Solving Queries received from Customer care
Assisting Direct clients for various transactions including account opening and all further Financial as well as non financial transactions
Performing PMLA and other regulatory checkpoints for new and existing investors
Maintaining various MIS with reference to above activities
Communication to Branch team and distributors for deficiencies in the transaction including non financial transactions
Sending Client Master to custodian for account creation at their end.
