This role will lead global process standardization efforts, driving innovation and efficiency across our organization.Responsibilities:Ensure compliance to Global Procedures and Operating Methodologies (GPOM) in transactional areas and refine them continuously.Develop end-to-end procure to pay (P2P) knowledge with hands-on experience at a transactional level to guide service providers in improving operational efficiency.Understand VDMS and vendor management with a focus on improving vendor-related metrics.Identify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate tasks using robotics process automation solutions.Review and revise Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes and practices.Ensure consistent levels of service delivery by the service provider and engage with units to improve or sustain performance.Define and update Risk and Control Matrix (RACM), resolve audit findings, and support internal and external audit teams.Support business implementation through standardized processes and controls, monitor compliance with group policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.Requirements:A qualified accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in P2P or a semi-qualified accountant with minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience, along with at least 3 years of exposure to operational finance.Strong leadership skills, including operating with senior finance teams, leading, and developing remote teams.Effective communication skills, including non-positional influencing abilities, written, and verbal communication.Tech skills: proficiency in SAP finance modules, advanced MS Excel, and English proficiency.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact on organizational efficiency.
