Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Supervise and develop a team of production staff, including training and performance management
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and sales
- Analyze production data and make data-driven decisions to optimize manufacturing operations
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and production schedules

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the electrical or automotive industry
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with electric motor manufacturing or related products
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, UL)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software
