With built-in data catalogue, robust governance, security measures and advanced ML and AI capabilities, it enables clients to manage and harness their data for advanced analytics.About the roleWe are seeking a Senior UI Designer to craft modern, visually engaging interfaces that simplify complex business and AI-driven workflows. You’ll design dashboards, analytics, and enterprise features, turning data into clear, actionable visuals. This role includes maintaining and evolving our design system, delivering pixel-perfect mockups, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. ResponsibilitiesUI DesignCreate visually engaging interfaces that simplify complex business processes.Develop modern, consistent UI components, patterns, and layouts for dashboards and analytics toolsTranslate data-driven insights into clear, actionable visuals for users 2.Visual CraftsmanshipApply best practices in typography, color theory, iconography, layout, and interactive elementsEnsure interfaces are accessible, responsive, and pixel-perfect across devicesProduce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD 3.Collaborative Design ProcessWork closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define UI requirements, define solutions, and ensure design outcomes align with technical feasibility and business objectives.Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment. 4.Design System & Component Library ManagementContribute to and maintain design system documentation and reusable UI component librariesEnsure visual consistency and efficient collaboration across teamsProvide detailed, production-ready mockups, specifications, and design documentation for seamless collaboration and shipping pixel-perfect UIs with engineering teams. 5.Stay at the Forefront of UI TrendsKeep up with the latest advancements in enterprise UI, data visualization, and AI-powered interface designRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).6+ years of focused UI design experience: building interfaces for complex web, SaaS, or AI/enterprise platforms. Portfolio required, showing visually compelling work for technical or business users.Advanced proficiency with design tools: Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. Experience in creating reusable components and design systems.Advanced skill in visual design principles: typography, color theory, grid systems, iconography, responsive layouts.Proven track record in shipping pixel-perfect UIs and collaborating closely with engineering for design handoffs.Ability to create detailed, production-ready mockups, specs, and design documentation.Strong stakeholder communication skills: able to present visual solutions and gather feedback from technical and non-technical teams.Experience in designing for AI/automation-driven products (preferred but not mandatory).Self-driven and adaptable: proactive in a fast-changing environment, comfortable exploring new patterns and trends for enterprise audiencesWho you are:You are a visual design expert with a deep passion for building modern, intuitive, and elegant interfaces for complex AI-powered products.You thrive on turning abstract ideas and technical requirements into clean, functional UIs that delight business users.You have a strong sense of aesthetic and detail, combined with an understanding of how visual hierarchy, color, typography, and spacing impact user experience.You collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to clarify requirements and translate data-driven workflows into attractive screens.You proactively keep abreast of the latest design trends, tooling, and patterns in interface design for enterprise and AI/automation domains.You excel under ambiguity, iterating quickly, and balancing consistency with innovation in every UI solution.
