AI Innovation LeadWe're seeking an AI developer to design, build and deploy production-ready solutions using large language models.This role involves:Prototyping – Framing GenAI use cases with experts; building quick LLM-based tools.Modeling – Fine-tuning/prompt models; using machine learning/data science when GenAI isn't ideal.Engineering – Deploying models as scalable Azure services with continuous integration/continuous deployment.Collaboration – Working with cross-functional teams; documenting and demoing solutions.Learning – Staying updated on GenAI trends; sharing knowledge internally.The successful candidate must have:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning or related field.At least 5 years of experience delivering production software or machine learning solutions, with at least 2 years hands-on with LLMs or other Gen AI models.Strong Python programming skills (FastAPI / LangChain / LangGraph); familiarity with TypeScript or C# a plus.Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI SDKs, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, FAISS).Solid grasp of supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases).Comfortable deploying on Azure (App Service, Functions, ML, Container Apps), writing Dockerfiles, setting up pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).Proficient with SQL and Pandas; able to wrangle tabular, text, image and BIM/IFC data.Clear communicator who can explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders; thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments.Required Skills and QualificationsData Analysis Expertise:Familiarity with Pandas and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.Career Growth OpportunitiesYou will have the opportunity to work with our team to develop innovative solutions using large language models.Company CultureWe are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
