Service Delivery ExpertThis position requires a professional with strong technical knowledge of Cybersecurity, specifically in SOC, SIEM, and ITSM service delivery concepts. Key responsibilities include preparing client operational reporting, managing Service Level Agreements, and leading incident resolution efforts.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years work experience in Service Management, with experience in delivering Cyber or SOC services being very important. They should also be experienced working in a Managed Services Provider environment, hold ITIL Service Management accreditation, and have proven experience with Incident response.Main Responsibilities:Preparing and presenting client operational reporting at monthly meetingsManaging SLAs and driving enhancementsEnsuring analysts are meeting SLA and following proceduresGreat report writing skillsOnboarding new clientsContinuously improving operations and client engagementDeveloping a deep understanding of client's business including orchestration of strategic business planning, roadmaps and workshopsRisk and Issue ManagementProblem ManagementScope ManagementChange ManagementMajor incident managementRequirements:Minimum of 5 years work experience in Service ManagementExperience in Delivering Cyber or SOC services is very importantExperienced working in a MSP environmentITIL Service Management accreditationProven experience with Incident responseStrong working knowledge of ITSM service delivery conceptsDemonstrated ability to position and present at a C-suite levelDemonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplined teamStrategic thinking with a get-up-and-go attitudeA willingness to work and adapt to a fast-growing & changing environmentSelf-sufficiency and a high degree of autonomyAbility to work within a team and achieve results through others Ability to influence external & internal stakeholders as part of a continuous improvement life cycle for customersLead the incidents to resolutionBenefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
