Financial Planning and Analysis SpecialistAbout the Role:We seek a detail-oriented and forward-thinking FP&A Analyst to drive strategic insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making.This key role will analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to help achieve business growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models to support monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning.Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts; provide clear commentary and recommendations to improve performance.Prepare and present monthly financial and operational dashboards for leadership and departmental stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key drivers of revenue, expenses, and profitability.Conduct 'what-if' analyses to evaluate business cases, strategies, and investment opportunities.Enhance financial systems, streamline reporting, and improve data accuracy and automation.Provide analytical support for strategic planning, M&A analysis, and operational improvement initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA or CA a plus).3-12 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role.
