Operational Excellence SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to drive improvement across our organization.This key contributor role sits at the intersection of process improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk management, with a focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and adherence to international standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and other relevant frameworks.The successful candidate will analyze and optimize business processes, identify control gaps, coordinate audits, and support implementation of compliance programs across departments.Responsibilities include:Analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvementDeveloping and implementing process improvementsCoordinating internal audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirementsServing as a subject matter expert on operational excellence and Lean Six Sigma methodologiesRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Quality Management, or a related fieldLean Six Sigma Yellow, Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required; additional certifications in ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or internal auditing are highly preferredAt least 5-7 years of experience in a compliance, process improvement, internal audit, or risk management roleBenefitsYou will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a team of experienced professionals who share your passion for operational excellence.
