As a Freelance Architect, you will be part of our Architecture & Innovation team working on innovative, parametric, and sustainable projects across Africa and worldwide.Our studio designs complex buildings, modern urban spaces, and high-impact architectural solutions.Your role includes:Designing creative architectural proposals for competitions, mixed-use projects, and innovative buildings.Developing parametric design systems and computational concepts.Producing advanced 3D models, drawings, diagrams, and detailed packages.Collaborating remotely with BIM teams, engineers, and designers.Participating in R&D to enhance our parametric workflows.RequirementsA degree in Architecture or related field is mandatory. You must have:At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture design and modeling.Rhinoceros 3D expertise.Proficiency in Grasshopper (+ preferred plugins: Kangaroo, Ladybug, Weaverbird, Galapagos).You should also have proficiency in at least three of the following tools:Revit (preferably with BIM Collaborate).AutoCAD.Enscape / Twinmotion / Lumion.Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).SketchUp (bonus).Desirable SkillsWe are looking for candidates with:Grasshopper scripting skills (Python or C#).Experience with complex projects/competitions.Strong concept design + technical awareness.What We OfferWork on global & high-profile projects, join a creative, parametric-focused design culture, fully remote collaboration using BIM + Computational Workflow, and growth opportunities toward Parametric Design Lead (Freelance career path).
