Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Coordinator to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, conducting routine inspections, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and training programs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate potential hazards. Maintain updated records of incidents, inspections, and training programs. Investigate accidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions. Develop and implement training programs to promote awareness of safe work practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in health and safety function. Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA (preferred).
