Housr has strategically established its foothold in the prominent business hubs of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Pune. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake design project from concept to completion.
- Should have a prior experience in managing a team of 2-3 members.
- Vendor coordination and management.
- Interpret and translate brand needs into detailed plans and 3Ds.
- Create detailed BoQs and costing as per brand requirements and budget.
- Research and procure materials and manage products sourcing.
- Produce “sample” and “mood boards” Maintain timelines and ensure smooth and timely handover. Work closely with designers, towards ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
- Provide creative solutions to potential blockers in on going projects.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
- Expertise in space planning, furniture layout, FF&E, 3D visualization, and project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, MS Office, and other design programs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Creative talent with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
