Financial Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking activities to ensure timely and accurate financial information.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and records.Handle invoice processing, payment schedules, and vendor reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting standards.Assist with payroll review, tax filings, and statutory reporting as needed.Partner with internal teams to validate financial data, track expenses, and support operational decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) are highly preferred.Minimum 3–5 years of financial experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing environment.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.Proficiency with financial software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Excel.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.High integrity and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
