At Pegasus, childhood is celebrated as an enriching journey.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a simple, consistent social media strategyCreate posts, reels, and stories aligned with our brand/identityEdit graphics, videos, and photos using the necessary toolsSchedule and publish posts regularlyTrack engagement and suggest improvementsWork closely with management for content planning and ideasCapture photos/videosRequirementsYoung, energetic, creative mindset (students encouraged to apply)Strong knowledge of Instagram, Reels, and basic social media postingAbility to the necessary tools to design posts aligning with the identityGood sense of storytellingBasic understanding of social media trends & content formatsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPhotography/video skillsInterest in education or Montessori philosophy is a plus (not mandatory)What we offerFlexible working hours (perfect for students)Creative freedomA calm, supportive, and growth-oriented work culturePart-time compensation based on skills and experience
