Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Implement strategies to attract top talent, ensuring the organization hires employees who fit both the job requirements and company culture.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
  • Develop initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and productivity.
  • Create retention strategies to keep top-performing employees.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to ensure employees are continually growing.
  • Manage leadership development programs and succession planning for key roles.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring fair evaluations and opportunities for employee growth.
  • Implement policies for performance improvement when needed.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Design competitive compensation packages and benefits to attract and retain employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.
  • Compliance & Legal Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable legal requirements.
  • Address workplace disputes, discrimination, and other legal HR issues.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:
  • Establish clear HR policies, including employee handbooks, disciplinary guidelines, and health and safety protocols.
  • Organizational Culture:
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the organization’s values.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Technology and HR Systems:
