Job SummaryThis role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who can effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients across the globe.In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for client communication, candidate management, and process optimization.Coordinate and facilitate all employee onboarding activitiesAssess and audit quality of work according to established metrics, goals, and expected performance levels for all team members; provide feedback and coaching as needed in partnership with managerIdentify areas of process improvement and provide recommendations to streamline efficienciesAct as first point of contact for escalations - investigate root causes and provide recommended next stepsCollaborate on special projectsMay act as a consultative partner who appropriately manages expectations and communicates process/project plans and timelinesMeet or exceed assigned daily/weekly account goalsRegularly monitor and motivate team to meet performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being metAct as gatekeeper for process documentation and assist manager with reportingEnsure that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition to meet compliance and SLA/KPI trackingMaintain working knowledge of RSR and other up-to-date recruiting methodologiesAct as backup to manager in communicating with client and team membersKey RequirementsStrong customer focus and customer service skillsDegree holder with at least 4 years experience in staffing or MSP account managementShould have at least 2 years of experience managing a team of 20 team members and excellent stakeholder managementFamiliarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and payroll tools/solutionsExcellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsExperience in researching complex issues and developing recommended actionsStrong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision making and a systems-thinking stylePossess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory, and/or business dataTrack record of high achievementDemonstrated success working on teamsExperience describing and documenting specific requirementsSuperior consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skillsAbility to take direction and execute a planMust be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
