Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and eager Junior Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain handson experience in a professional environment and are enthusiastic about learning various aspects of talent acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with daytoday administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document management.

Research: Conduct research on industry trends job market conditions and other relevant topics to support the recruitment team.

Job Posting: Help in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Candidate Screening: Assist in the initial screening of resumes and applications identifying potential candidates for further review.

Interview Coordination: Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Social Media Management: Assist in managing the companys social media presence by posting updates and engaging with potential candidates.

Event Assistance: Help organize and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.

Documentation: Support the team in preparing reports presentations and other documentation as required.

Learning and Development: Take part in training sessions and mentorship programs to develop your skills and knowledge in HR and recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
