Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead our product development efforts.Key Responsibilities:- Lead discussions on business requirements with stakeholders and prioritize tasks- Drive decisions on product features and capabilities- Organize business requirements into epics, features, and user stories- Write user stories and acceptance criteriaRequirementsMust Haves:- Minimum 10 years of IT experience- Strong skills in business requirement analysis and structuring requirements as features and user stories- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders/users and engineering team members- Strong technical understanding around technologies like programming languages, databases, middleware, micro-services, cloud etc- Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira- Ability to effectively work in a diverse team environment and build strong working relationshipsDesirable SkillsPlusses:- Agile Product Owner certification- Experience in Food & Beverage/CPG industry- Logistics and supply chain knowledgeDay-to-Day Activities- Lead quarterly PI Planning sessions- Work closely with engineering team - Explain epics, features, and user stories- Contribute to functional design of features and user stories- Perform UAT- Validate and approve deliverables prior to release to production- Collaborate with UX design team; Review and approve UX design
