About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to lead our technical teams and shape our software development strategy.This role involves overseeing the design, development, and deployment of complex software systems, ensuring they meet both current and future needs.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical initiatives, driving collaboration and efficiency throughout the organization.Your expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, and agile methodologies will be essential in driving innovative solutions that align with business objectives.In this role, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and promoting high standards across the team.With your strong technical leadership skills, you will provide guidance on technical feasibility, ensure effective communication between stakeholders, and drive integrated solutions that meet business requirements.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement robust and scalable software systems that meet business needsOversee code reviews, ensure adherence to engineering standards, and mentor junior engineersLead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and driving efficient deliveryProvide architectural leadership, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing improvementsServe as a primary point of contact for daily activities, coordinating dependencies and sharing knowledge with other teamsCollaborate extensively with stakeholders to drive integrated solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goalsMaintain comprehensive oversight of all technical aspects within remit, serving as a primary source of information for current state and future directionEngage with product management early in development process to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business valueCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, presenting plans and responding to roadmap inquiriesQualificationsDemonstrated excellence in software architecture and technical leadership (10-12 Years)Broad experience across multiple domains (e.g., front-end, back-end, DevOps, SRE, QA)Experience with cloud platforms and microservice architecturesProficiency with relational and non-relational databasesExperience in agile methodologiesProven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and drive collaborative outcomesStrong business acumen and ability to align technical strategy with organizational objectivesExceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences
