Key to our success is creating new solutions that consistently deliver results exceeding expectations and focused on service excellence.You will be a leader passionate about creating an extraordinary experience that aligns with the client and all stakeholders of our recruitment services.Your duties may include, but are not limited to:Understanding and interpreting client business objectives and proactively communicating recruitment trends, results and insight to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.Reviewing delivery models to continuously drive continuous improvement and innovation.Working closely with vendors, suppliers, client hiring managers and cross-functional teams, utilizing the VMS tool to ensure smooth service delivery.Implementing processes or enhancing current processes to strengthen efficiencies and continuous improvement for an optimal customer experience.Driving governance against agreed schedules and ensuring accurate and aligned KPI reporting.Developing initiatives for enhancing solutions including sourcing, talent pool management, selection methodologies, and market intelligence.Enhancing relationships with recruitment related third party service providers such as recruitment agencies, advertising, probity checking organizations.Providing advice and support on talent management issues and escalations.Overseeing the management of service delivery against contractual terms and managing out-of-scope service requests including proposal management.Identifying and advising on commercial risks for clients and managing these risks accordingly.A high level of experience working in a leadership role for a recruitment solution, ideally within an MSP environment.Commercial acumen relating to budget management, account expansion and resource planning.Ability to write and present client oriented communications such as business cases.Desire to interact with people at all levels of an organization and develop strong client relationships
