Transforming the future of artificial intelligence requires an elite systems engineer who can architect and optimize complex systems. We are looking for a system-design champion who can make distributed systems behave like butter.The role involves designing and implementing ultra-low-latency, high-throughput backend systems using Python and Golang. You will work on building core orchestration, scheduling, and messaging layers while partnering with our AI team to bring agentic workflows to life.You will also own performance engineering: profiling, caching, concurrency, queuing, and cold-start optimization. Leadership skills are required to make engineering decisions around Kubernetes, multi-tenant SaaS, observability, and cloud infrastructure.We are searching for someone with deep expertise in system design, architecture, performance optimization, and scalability patterns. Experience with cloud-native architecture and high-scale distributed systems is a must. Hands-on mastery of Golang and Python is required.A strong understanding of microservices, queues, caches, load balancing, and large volumes of events, messages, or workflows is necessary. The ability to take an ambiguous product architecture and make it clean, reliable, and elegant is essential.We offer a chance to define a new enterprise category: Agentic AI Infrastructure.
