Job OverviewWe are seeking an Insurance Claims Specialist to manage motor insurance claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and delivering exceptional customer service.Main Responsibilities:Handle motor insurance claims for two-wheelers and four-wheelersAssess losses, appoint approved surveyors, and review reportsCommunicate repair approvals and claim status to customersMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsCollaborate with workshops and surveyors for onboarding/offboarding and query resolutionSupport the grievance team in resolving escalated complaintsConduct quality checks before final settlementVisit workshops to address operational issues and improve service qualityAbout the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Claims Specialist.
