Job Title: Business Intelligence DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data warehousing, including how to build end-to-end pipelines in the Lakehouse environment, ingest data into Power BI, and create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.A key requirement of this role is the ability to utilize advanced Power BI features such as DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create complex calculations and aggregations.Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct regular database performance tuning and optimization to ensure efficient data processing and storage.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop BI solutions using Tableau and Power BI to meet business requirements.Develop and implement row-level security and role-based access in Power BI.Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data governance policies and procedures.Work closely with IT, data analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver BI solutions that meet organizational needs.Requirements:5+ years of experience in BI development with a focus on SQL Server and Power BI.Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling.Experience with DAX and advanced Power BI features.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
