Job DescriptionThe primary goal of this role is to effectively manage the supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods while optimizing procurement and logistics costs.Obtain competitive quotations by requesting and securing detailed quotes from approved suppliers for every RFQ.Vendor and Procurement Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency in procurement activities.Inventory Planning & Stock Optimization: Monitor stock levels and implement effective inventory control strategies to ensure optimal stock availability. Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Oversee logistics operations and coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.Demand Forecasting & Order Fulfillment: Analyze demand trends and sales data to support accurate forecasting and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align procurement and supply chain strategies with business objectives.Compliance, Documentation & Cost Control: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate documentation while optimizing procurement and logistics costsRequired Skills and QualificationsWe're Looking For:Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Supply Chain Executive role.Excellent communication and analytical skills.CRM Knowledge Ability to work independently in a remote setup.BenefitsThis role offers flexibility with remote work arrangements and a standard working hour of 12 Noon to 10 PM (Monday to Friday).How to ApplyInterested candidates can submit their resumes directly via email or apply via our application portal.
