About GoMarbleGoMarble AI is the AI agent for performance marketers — combining data, creative intelligence, and workflow automation.Our platform connects Meta, Google, Shopify, and GA4 data to deliver instant performance insights, creative audits, and ready-to-share reports.We're used by 10,000+ marketers in 80+ countries and growing fast through our creator, affiliate, and community ecosystem.We're founded by IIT/IIM alumni (ex-McKinsey, ShareChat, Goldman Sachs) and are on a mission to reshape how performance marketing teams use AI.The RoleWe're looking for a full-stack growth marketer who can own the top and mid-funnel: drive signups, build loops, and experiment relentlessly.If you love running scrappy experiments, turning insights into growth playbooks, and blending creativity with analytics — this role is for you.What You'll DoGrowth Experiments & FunnelsDesign and execute experiments to drive signups, activations, and paid conversions across channels (, X, communities, email, SEO, affiliates)Analyze funnel performance in Mixpanel/GA4 and identify bottlenecks and breakout opportunities.Run structured A/B tests on landing pages, lead magnets, and pricing pages to improve CVROwn the affiliate program end-to-end — from recruitment and onboarding to performance tracking and payoutsBuild relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and educators in the paid media spaceDesign affiliate campaigns, launch assets, and content kits that make it easy for partners to promote GoMarbleExperiment with incentives (first-month bounties, recurring commissions, referral bonuses) and measure ROIWhat We're Looking For2–4 years of experience of relevant experienceExcellent copywriting and storytelling skills — you can create compelling landing pages, emails, and partner pitches.Data fluency — you know your way around Mixpanel, GA4, or Looker Studio and can measure funnel health.Comfortable using no-code/low-code tools (Framer, Webflow, Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.) and having an automation-first mindsetA mix of creativity, curiosity, and resilience — you love experimenting and compounding learnings.Nice-to-HavesExperience with creator marketing or community-led growthBackground in AdTech, MarTech, or AI tools for marketersFamiliarity with global DTC and agency ecosystemsWhy Join GoMarbleJoin the growth team shaping GoMarble's next growth phaseOwnership of high-impact levers (affiliates, community, content)Direct collaboration with founders — zero bureaucracy, full autonomyCompetitive pay, early ESOPs, and a chance to scale a truly global product
