Senior System Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior System Operations Specialist to join our team. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable systems that meet the needs of our users.This individual will lead incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and implement permanent preventive measures to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.Key Responsibilities:Design and optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines to streamline software releases and ensure release stability.Build and manage scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes to support high-traffic events.Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CloudWatch to identify potential issues before they impact users.Conduct load and performance testing to optimize systems for high-traffic events and improve user experience.Develop automation scripts and tools in Python, Go, Node.js, or Shell to streamline operations and reduce manual errors.Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure systems meet service level objectives, service level indicators, and service level agreements.Manage distributed systems and message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ to support real-time data processing and communication.Requirements:4–7 years of experience in system operations or DevOps roles preferably in high-scale or e-commerce environments.Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and distributed architecture to design and implement scalable systems.Solid programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js to develop automation scripts and tools.Experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to design and deploy scalable infrastructure.Proven track record of maintaining production uptime and optimizing system performance to meet business goals.
