Who we are: We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Managing, Reviewing and processing payroll and all payroll related activities. 2. Managing, Coordinating and maintaining relationships with banks and Financials institutions and compliances with Bank. 3. Managing revenue Invoicing, receipts and communications. 4. Managing and Coordination with statutory audit, IFC audit and due diligence. 5. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 6. Reviewing and managing statutory compliances. 7. Managing and overseeing accounts payable, Process Improvement and supporting team. Qualifications Chartered accountant with post qualification experience of 6 to 10 years. Knowledge Required Knowledge of Income tax, GST etc mandatory. Proficient in MS Office Suite including word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of accounting principles, IND AS. Knowledge of ERP NetSuite Oracle. Skills & Abilities Capability to handle work independently. Confident and ability to manage pressure. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to drive results in a fast-paced/deadline-oriented environment Strong analytical skills Problem-solving and organizational skills.
