Lead Developer PositionWe are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to join our team and spearhead ServiceNow development. This role involves leveraging 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and scripting, implementing modules related to CSM and ITSM, instance upgrades and patches for multiple customers, and integrating using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.A strong background in medium to complex ServiceNow Development is required.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of requirements gathering and implementation of modules related to CSM and ITSM.Experience with instance upgrades and patches for multiple customers is necessary.A working knowledge of integration using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub is essential.Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting is expected.Strong experience working with relational databases is required.The candidate should have a working understanding of Agile Team principles.Bonus point if you have experience working on MSP based instances.This is a great opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Implementing ServiceNow modules related to CSM and ITSM.Instance upgrades and patches for multiple customers.Integration using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.Required Skills:ServiceNow Development.JavaScript.ServiceNow Scripting.Relational Databases.Agile Team.
