Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Credit and Market Analysis Specialist.To support the bank's finance division by preparing client profiles, understanding business models, creating comprehensive financial analysis, ratio analysis, and coordinating with banks and clients for funding proposals — including working capital, term loans, project finance, lease rental discounting, and real estate funding cases.About the Role:Interact with small and medium enterprises and corporate clients to understand their business model, project requirements, and funding needs.Prepare detailed credit reports, debt service coverage ratio, interest cover ratio, total obligation to net worth, current ratio, and other financial parameters.Create comprehensive client profiles and business summaries for banker presentation.Develop and present project finance proposals for greenfield and brownfield projects, including cost of project, means of finance, implementation schedule, and revenue projections.Collaborate with banks, non-banking financial companies, and clients to obtain pending documents, resolve queries, and ensure timely sanction and disbursement.Design and maintain management information systems trackers for each case — showing stage-wise progress, pendencies, and next actions.Assist in drafting sanction notes, renewal papers, credit justifications, and compliance reports.Key Responsibilities:To analyze and prepare market data on banks and NBFCs including their products, pricing strategies, and market share.To help in finalizing strategy and policies related to commercial lending, payment banking and cash management services.To contribute towards development of digital platforms for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through mobile apps and websites.To provide inputs for new product offerings and features that can attract more customers and increase overall sales.
