Role SummaryOur client is a leading brand in the toys and games industry, and we are seeking an experienced professional to lead their performance marketing efforts on Amazon.Develop and implement a robust performance marketing strategy for Amazon PPC campaigns globally, with a focus on delivering ROI/ROAS targets and managing the performance marketing P&L.Lead a team in executing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns, including creating automated dashboards for periodic reporting on Amazon sales and spends, and optimizing Amazon advertising metrics regularly.Conduct market research for new product ideas and category trends, and collaborate cross-functionally with inventory planners, brand marketers, and supply chain teams to improve customer experience.Develop and own a global performance marketing strategy for Amazon PPC campaigns.Deliver ROI/ROAS targets and manage the performance marketing P&L.Lead a team in executing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.Collaborate with Amazon to create competitive Joint Business Plans and DSPs.At least 4 years of experience in Amazon Advertising (AMS) and ownership of the Amazon marketing P&L.Experience in the baby category is desirable.
