Role Overview: 

We are seeking a CRM & Strategic Financial Consultant to join Numerize.ai’s team. This unique role combines two critical areas: client relationship management and strategic financial consulting. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, customer-obsessed professional with strong financial advisory experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients globally, providing strategic financial advice based on their financial reporting and business position, while also managing and nurturing relationships to drive long-term partnerships.

In addition to providing financial advice, you will play a key role in explaining complex financial reports and business data to clients, ensuring they understand key insights and can use them to improve their decision-making. You will also act as a liaison between clients and various internal teams, conveying client needs and challenges to help shape product development and solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for Numerize.ai's clients, ensuring an exceptional experience and managing relationships across different touchpoints. 

- Strategic Financial Consulting: Provide financial advice and insights to clients based on their financial reports, KPIs, and business goals, helping them improve their financial position and optimize decision-making. 

- Explaining Reports: Break down complex financial reports for clients, ensuring they understand key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations. 

- Business Analysis: Assess clients’ financial health and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their financial strategies, leveraging the data from Numerize.ai's AI-driven platform. 

- Internal Communication: Effectively communicate clients’ needs, challenges, and feedback to internal teams, collaborating with product, tech, and engineering teams to tailor solutions and improve the platform based on client insights. 

- Consultative Sales Support: Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure the effective implementation of Numerize.ai’s financial solutions. 

- Customer Communication: Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients, effectively communicating complex financial concepts and solutions in a simple and accessible way. 

- Client Training & Support: Ensure that clients are fully equipped to use Numerize.ai’s platform effectively, and provide training and ongoing support for their financial reporting needs. 

- Client Engagement: Continuously build relationships and foster trust with clients to encourage long-term partnerships and ensure high client satisfaction. 

- Travel for Client Meetings: Travel as required to meet clients both within Hyderabad and inter-city, establishing strong in-person relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

- Qualifications: 

 - CFA, MBA in Finance, or related Master's degree in finance, economics, or a similar field. 

 An undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Analytics, or a related discipline is a strong plus. 

- Experience: 

 - 2-3 years of experience in consulting, client-facing roles, or financial advising. 

 - Prior experience in managing client relationships and providing financial advice. 

- Customer-Obsessed: Passion for understanding client needs, solving their challenges, and providing tailored financial solutions. 

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts and reports to non-financial stakeholders. 

- Ability to Explain Reports: Ability to simplify complex financial reports for clients, ensuring they understand the data and can use it to drive business decisions. 

- People Skills: Sophisticated, smart, and effective at managing relationships with diverse clients across various business sectors. 

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with internal teams (product, tech, engineering) to communicate client needs and challenges and collaborate on delivering the best solutions. 

- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly understand complex client needs and provide clear, actionable solutions that align with their business objectives. 

- Travel-Ready: Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, both intra-city and inter-city within Hyderabad. 

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using AI-driven platforms, financial tools, and reporting software. Familiarity with Numerize.ai's platform or similar AI tools is a plus.

Compensation Package: 

- Salary: ₹12 - ₹15 LPA (depending on experience and qualifications)
