Job OverviewA Generative AI Engineer is sought after to design, develop, and implement advanced artificial intelligence models and systems.The ideal candidate will contribute to creating innovative AI-powered solutions that generate high-quality texts while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products that transform healthcare industries and user experiences.This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and generative modeling techniques.The successful candidate should have 3+ years of full-time industry experience and hands-on experience in contemporary AI, such as training generative AI models, model fine-tuning, RLHF, RAG, LLM tool use, etc.Develop new LLMs for medical imaging tasks.Developing and implementing methods that improve training efficiency and extend or improve LLM capabilities, reliability, and safety in image-to-text generation using medical data.Perform data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering specific to healthcare image and text data.Stay updated with research literature and think beyond the state of the art to address user needs.
